- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Chop carrots, celery, and onion into thin slices. Shred cooked chicken and measure out broth, herbs, salt, and pepper for streamlined cooking.
- In a large pot over medium heat, warm butter or oil, then add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until veggies are soft and slightly golden, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and shredded chicken, sprinkle in thyme or rosemary, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer for 15-20 minutes to develop rich flavor.
