  • 1 tbsp butter or non-stick spray (Prevents sticking)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 12-cup muffin tin with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. Whisk eggs in a large bowl until yolks and whites are fully combined.
  3. Pour milk, season with salt and pepper, then stir until the mixture is smooth.
