Description

A simple, healthy, and refreshing frozen treat made with Greek yogurt and mixed berries, perfect for snacks or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups Full-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Mixed Berries (Fresh or Frozen)
  • Optional Toppings: 1/4 cup Granola, 2 tablespoons Chopped Nuts, 2 tablespoons Shredded Coconut, 2 tablespoons Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle mixed berries evenly over the yogurt.
  5. For a marbled effect, gently press some berries into the yogurt and swirl with a toothpick or knife.
  6. Add any optional toppings like granola, nuts, coconut, or chocolate chips.
  7. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until completely firm.
  8. Lift the parchment paper from the baking sheet, place on a cutting board, and break the bark into irregular pieces.
  9. Serve immediately or store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • Using full-fat Greek yogurt is key for a creamy texture.
  • Adjust sweetener to your preference.
  • Work quickly if using frozen berries to minimize ice crystals.
