- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup milk or cream
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Lower heat and add Velveeta, cheddar, and cream cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Pour in milk or cream gradually until desired consistency is reached.
- Stir in crumbled bacon just before serving.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with green onions or pickles if desired.
