Description

Easy Raspberry Yogurt Granola Jars: Fresh, Creamy Morning Bliss

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt (Use full-fat or plant-based)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup (Natural sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Fresh Raspberries (Ripe and firm)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest (For extra citrus flavor)
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Chopped Nuts (Almonds or Pecans) (Toasted for flavor)
  • 1/4 cup Honey or Brown Sugar (For granola caramelization)
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds (For nutrition boost)
  • 2 tablespoons Shredded Coconut (For a tropical twist)
  • 10 leaves Fresh Mint Leaves (For refreshing flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss rolled oats, chopped nuts, honey, and cinnamon; spread on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, stirring halfway.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together chilled Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until ultra-smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon one third of the yogurt mixture into clean jars, smoothing the surface with the back of a spoon.
  4. Gently stir raspberries with lemon zest, then evenly distribute over the yogurt layer.
  5. Sprinkle a generous layer of granola over the raspberries, pressing lightly to ensure a balanced crunch.
  6. Repeat yogurt, fruit, and granola layers until jars are filled, finishing with granola.
  7. Seal jars with lids and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to overnight) before serving.
  8. Optional: Top with a drizzle of extra honey before serving.
