Easy Quick Peanut Butter Chocolate Slice That Melts in Your Mouth

- 200 grams Digestive biscuits (crushed finely)
- 100 grams Caster sugar
- 100 grams Melted butter
- 250 grams Smooth peanut butter
- 395 grams Sweetened condensed milk
- 200 grams Dark chocolate
- 100 ml Light cream
Instructions
- Combine crushed digestive biscuits, caster sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Stir until sandy. Press mixture firmly into an 8×8-inch lined pan. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Microwave smooth peanut butter and condensed milk for 20–30 seconds until pourable. Stir until glossy. Spread evenly over chilled base. Return to fridge for 15 minutes.
- Heat light cream until steaming (do not boil). Pour over chopped dark chocolate. Let sit for 2 minutes, then whisk until silky and shiny.
- Pour ganache over peanut butter layer, smoothing the top with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until fully set. Slice into 16 squares.
