Ingredients

- 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup

- 4 large eggs, at room temperature
- 2/3 cup whole milk, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons butter, plus more for serving
Instructions
- Add strawberries, blueberries, maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla to a saucepan.
- Bring to a steady boil over medium-high heat.
- Mash fruit gently and simmer until thick.
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Add flour and salt and whisk until smooth.
- Melt butter in an oven-safe skillet.
- Pour in batter and bake until puffed and golden.
- Serve immediately with warm jam.
