  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons butter, plus more for serving

Instructions

  1. Add strawberries, blueberries, maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla to a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a steady boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Mash fruit gently and simmer until thick.
  4. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  5. Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla.
  6. Add flour and salt and whisk until smooth.
  7. Melt butter in an oven-safe skillet.
  8. Pour in batter and bake until puffed and golden.
  9. Serve immediately with warm jam.
