Description

Mint Chocolate Swirl Bark is a festive no-bake dessert made with marbled dark and white chocolate, infused with peppermint and perfect for gifting or snacking.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz dark chocolate (60% cacao or higher)
  • 8 oz white chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed candy canes
  • Optional: green food coloring

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Melt dark chocolate in microwave-safe bowl in 15-second bursts until smooth.
  3. Melt white chocolate the same way in a separate bowl.
  4. Stir peppermint extract into the dark chocolate.
  5. Pour dark chocolate onto tray and spread evenly.
  6. Drizzle white chocolate on top in lines or drops.
  7. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the chocolates together.
  8. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top.
  9. Chill in fridge for 30–45 minutes or until firm.
  10. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
