Description
Mint Chocolate Swirl Bark is a festive no-bake dessert made with marbled dark and white chocolate, infused with peppermint and perfect for gifting or snacking.

- 8 oz dark chocolate (60% cacao or higher)
- 8 oz white chocolate
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup crushed candy canes
- Optional: green food coloring
Instructions
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate in microwave-safe bowl in 15-second bursts until smooth.
- Melt white chocolate the same way in a separate bowl.
- Stir peppermint extract into the dark chocolate.
- Pour dark chocolate onto tray and spread evenly.
- Drizzle white chocolate on top in lines or drops.
- Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the chocolates together.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top.
- Chill in fridge for 30–45 minutes or until firm.
- Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
