Bright baked crab cakes with lemon, green onion, and Cajun seasoning served with a bold spicy mustard aioli.
Ingredients

- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1½ teaspoons Creole-style mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons finely minced red onion
- 1 tablespoon finely minced green onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ¾ teaspoon lemon zest
- 1½ teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1½ tablespoons Creole-style mustard
- ½ teaspoon finely minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 2–3 dashes hot sauce
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk egg, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onions, parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest, and Cajun seasoning.
- Stir in panko breadcrumbs.
- Gently fold in crab meat.
- Chill mixture for 30 minutes.
- Shape into 6–8 cakes and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Mix aioli ingredients until smooth.
- Serve warm with aioli.
