Instructions
- Pat each tilapia fillet dry with paper towels, then sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.
- Drizzle fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped dill over fillets and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Melt 1 tbsp butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until it bubbles.
- Carefully place tilapia fillets in hot butter, cooking 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Stir in remaining unsalted butter, lemon zest, and more fresh dill sprigs for 1 minute.
- Transfer fish to serving plates, spoon the warm butter sauce over each fillet, and garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
