  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter (Melted for sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest

  • 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley (For garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat each tilapia fillet dry with paper towels, then sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Drizzle fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped dill over fillets and let rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Melt 1 tbsp butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until it bubbles.
  4. Carefully place tilapia fillets in hot butter, cooking 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Stir in remaining unsalted butter, lemon zest, and more fresh dill sprigs for 1 minute.
  6. Transfer fish to serving plates, spoon the warm butter sauce over each fillet, and garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
