Description

Easy Lemon Butter Tilapia with Veggies is a quick meal that combines flaky fish with a vibrant buttery lemon sauce and colorful veggies.


Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Tilapia
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
  • 1 medium Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Pat tilapia fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add lemon juice to the skillet and let simmer for 30 seconds.
  4. Cook tilapia fillets in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until flaky.
  5. In another pan, heat olive oil and sauté zucchini, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes until tender.
  6. Plate the veggies, top with tilapia, and drizzle with lemon butter sauce. Garnish with parsley.
