Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cups green beans, trimmed and cut in half
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/3 cup hot honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Chopped green onions
Instructions
- Whisk water and cornstarch until smooth, then mix in remaining sauce ingredients.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook vegetables until tender-crisp.
- Add chicken and sauce, stirring until thickened and coated.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
