Hot Honey Chicken & Veggie Skillet Made Simple and Flavorful


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cups green beans, trimmed and cut in half
  • 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup hot honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Whisk water and cornstarch until smooth, then mix in remaining sauce ingredients.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook vegetables until tender-crisp.
  3. Add chicken and sauce, stirring until thickened and coated.
  4. Remove from heat and serve warm.
