Ingredients

- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1/2 cup dried fruit or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, almonds, coconut, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add honey and melted coconut oil. Stir until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly onto the baking sheet into a flat layer.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown. Do not stir.
- Cool completely before breaking into clusters.
- Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
