Golden Gourmet Beef and Cheddar sliders that melt in your mouth.

- 1 package sweet dinner rolls (12-count)
- 1 pound sliced roast beef
- 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 12 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon everything-style seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the sliced onion and cook slowly for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft and golden. Season lightly with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
- Slice the rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half of the rolls on a baking sheet.
- Layer half of the cheddar cheese slices evenly over the rolls. Spread the barbecue sauce on top of the cheese.
- Arrange the roast beef evenly over the sauce, then spoon the caramelized onions over the beef.
- Add the remaining cheddar cheese slices and place the top half of the rolls over everything.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with the seasoning.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and the tops are lightly golden.
- Cut into individual sliders and serve warm.
