Instructions

  3. Let it rise covered for 2 hours at room temperature.
  4. Shape into a boule on a floured surface; rest 30 minutes.
  5. Score the top and bake in a preheated Dutch oven at 450°F for 30 minutes covered, then 10–15 minutes uncovered.
  6. Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
