Creamy Tzatziki Chicken Gyros You’ll Want on Repeat

- ½ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 5 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1½ pounds chicken breasts
- 2 red bell peppers, sliced
- 6 pita breads
- Tzatziki sauce
- Pickled red onions
- Radishes
- Shredded lettuce
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons oregano
- ½–1 teaspoon cayenne
- 4 russet potatoes
- ½ cup crumbled feta
Instructions
- Mix marinade and coat chicken and peppers. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Roast at 425°F for 20–25 minutes until cooked. Rest and slice.
- Toss potatoes with seasoned oil and bake until crisp.
- Finish fries with feta.
- Assemble pitas with chicken, toppings, and sauce.
