Instructions

- Wilt spinach by adding it to the pan, stirring until bright green and tender, about 2–3 minutes.
- Simmer heavy cream in the pan, bring to a gentle bubble, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Combine drained penne with the creamy sauce, tossing gently to coat every ridge.
