Ingredients

  • 4 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Lemon zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of generously salted water to a rolling boil.
