Instructions

- Wrap tortillas in damp paper towels, then microwave on high for 30 seconds until soft, steamy, and easy to fold without cracking.
- On each warmed tortilla, layer shredded cabbage, 3–4 Cajun shrimp, avocado slices, and cilantro sprigs.
- Drizzle a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt across each taco, then squeeze lime wedges over the top.
