Description

Cajun Chicken and Garlic Parmesan Linguine is a flavor-packed classic that delivers comfort for spice and pasta lovers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 8 oz linguine
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun spice. Sear in olive oil on medium-high heat until fully cooked. Rest and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream and bring to simmer.
  4. Whisk in Parmesan until sauce is smooth. Add reserved pasta water to adjust thickness.
  5. Toss linguine into the sauce until well coated.
  6. Plate pasta and top with sliced Cajun chicken. Garnish with parsley.
