Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg with milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
