- 1 pound Lean beef strips
- 2 medium Bell peppers
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 medium Carrots
- 1 cup Snow peas
- 3 cloves Garlic cloves
- 1 inch Fresh ginger
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar or honey
- 2 tablespoons Sliced green onions
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch slurry, and brown sugar until smooth, then set aside.
- Preheat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat with oil until shimmering, about 1 minute.
- Add beef strips in a single layer, cook until browned and just cooked through, about 2–3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Toss in garlic and ginger, stirring constantly until fragrant and golden edges form, about 30 seconds.
- Introduce carrots and broccoli, stir-frying until bright and tender-crisp, about 2 minutes, then add bell peppers and snow peas for 1 minute.
- Return beef, pour sauce over, tossing quickly to finish until sauce thickens and coats with a glossy sheen, about 1 minute.
