Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mash ripe bananas in a bowl.

- Stir in the mashed bananas.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, rolled oats, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.

- Scoop rounded mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
