- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or foil.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Place them skin-side down on the prepared tray. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Spoon the mayo-cheese mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily. For a golden-brown top, broil for an additional 1–2 minutes.
