  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper (Freshly ground for a subtle kick.)
  • 1 slice Lemon (For color and aroma.)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill or thyme (For added flavor.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly oil it.
  2. Pat tilapia dry with paper towels, then arrange in the dish, leaving space between each fillet.
