Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly oil it.
- Pat tilapia dry with paper towels, then arrange in the dish, leaving space between each fillet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Spoon the herb mixture over each fillet, ensuring they’re fully coated.
- Bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
- Let the tilapia rest for 2 minutes, then garnish with lemon slices and extra parsley before serving.
